GLO CEASAR SALAD DRESSING
1/4 cup cashews
garlic to taste
fresh lime juice from 1-2 limes
1 tsp dijon mustard or mustard powder
1/4 cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 medium cucumber
Blend till smooth. If it’s too thick, add more lime juice.
Also can be used as a dip.
Will keep for 3 days in fridge.
GLO CREAMY BASIL DRESSING
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 clove garlic
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
sea salt to taste
1/2 cup clean water
Blend till smooth and creamy.
Will keep in fridge for 3 -4 days.
**variation: add Tamari Sauce (gluten-free), or Coconut Aminos (gluten-free) instead of salt.
