Citrus Green Power Juice
8-10 entire bok choy leaves (low in calories & a very rich source of many vital phyto-nutrients, vitamins, minerals & health-benefiting anti-oxidants) 2 peeled cucumbers (a very good source of potassium, an important intracellular electrolyte). 1 peeled mandarin orange (vitamin C infusion) 2 limes (liver cleansing…i throw whole limes in my juicer) 1 chunk of ginger (anti-inflammatory zing)
**Drink on empty stomach as soon as juice is made (to minimize oxidation) and wait at least 20 min before eating for optimal detoxification.
