Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 cups spinach
3/4 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1/2 - 1 fresh lime juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or fresh herb of choice)
1 tbsp fresh onion
1/2 tsp himilayan sea salt
optional: fresh garlic clove
1 cup water (if wanting warm soup use hot water)
Blend till creamy & smooth.
Enjoy chilled or lightly warm on the stove.
Top with sprouts, sunflower seeds, or paprika...or all 3!
