So yummy, nutritious, and great as crepes with a yummy sauce or great for wraps!

Ingredients (for about 6 crepes):
4 medium bananas
1/3 cup GLOPRO protein powder or protein powder of choice
1 1/2 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp nutmeg
1 - 2 tbsp date syrup or raw honey
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
1) In a food processor, add all ingredients until it becomes a thick batter.
2) On a dehydrator tray, scoop out the batter into a nice circle . Make sure it is about 1 inch thick.
3) Dehydrate at 115F for about 8 to 10 hours. (Oven option: 170F / 80C. Leave the door slightly open to get a cooler temperature. Your total dehydration time is going to be a lot shorter than the recipes states for a dehydrator, so you’ll need to keep an eye on it. )
4) Store it in the fridge for 3 days.
