Gracious Living Chocolate Fire Smoothie


This morning’s yummy raw, vegan, spicy, superfood smoothie after our morning yoga class with this spectacular view at the Gracious Living Yoga Surf Vegan B&B in Nicaragua!

  1. Handful raw cacao beans

  2. Fresh coconut meat

  3. 1 frozen banana

  4. 1 scoop Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein Powder

  5. 1 spoon irish moss (learn more about the healing powers of IRISH MOSS: here).

  6. Cayenne pepper

  7. Stevia to taste

  8. 3 cups water

  9. Handful of ice

Blend till creamy. Yum spicy cacao creaminess!  Savour the chocolate burn and enjoy the view.
